He co-founded and exited OneCart to Walmart — one of South Africa's leading on-demand e-commerce platforms — giving him a rare combination of founder experience and institutional understanding.
His corporate advisory work spans large-scale digital transformation, CX reinvention, and innovation strategy for established enterprises across multiple sectors. He bridges the gap between C-suite vision and product execution — sitting in the room, leading delivery, and bringing startup speed to corporate scale.
With experience spanning South Africa, the United Kingdom, and Singapore, Lynton brings a global lens to emerging market opportunities and cross-border venture building.
